Luosi (Rose) Chen

Luosi (Rose) Chen is a highly skilled and experienced real estate attorney licensed in New York State. She specializes in commercial and residential properties purchase and sale, commercial leasing and construction loan financing across the New York metropolitan area, with extensive knowledge of all types of real properties in New York City. Rose obtained her LL.M. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in the U.S. and received her LL.B. degree from Guangdong University of Business Studies in China. Rose is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

During the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rose started hosting a series of bi-weekly interview-based live programs titled "Fireside Chats with Chinese American Attorneys”. This program has served as an interactive platform for first-generation Chinese American attorneys, encouraging them to share their unique career path and life experiences.

Encouraged by the success of this program and propelled by her passion for journalism, Rose has now set her sights on launching a new live show, "Legal Chats with Luosi (Rose)思闻律见". This show aims to feature U.S. licensed attorneys and shed light on their innovative approaches to legal or related careers, as well as their insights on current issues.
