ALT Alliance hosts monthly art healing workshops for East Asian elderly groups at the Boro Park Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.

 

Each session features a unique theme and art medium, offering participants a supportive space to explore their creativity and express themselves.

The workshops integrate mindfulness techniques with hands-on art activities such as drawing, clay modeling, and mixed media collage, promoting both emotional well-being and cognitive engagement.

These sessions also incorporate seasonal and cultural festival themes, for participants to connect with their cultural heritage and celebrate meaningful traditions through art.
